On Wednesday 18 January, American bartenders will have the opportunity to discuss Cognac, the origins of the spirit, its production and its terroir and then enjoy a tasting of several cognacs, both pure and in cocktails in the company of Allen Katz, co-founder of New York Distilling and Cognac Educator.
As part of its campaign to promote the Cognac geographical indication in the United States, the appellation is organizing various events in the United States to help prescribers, bartenders, influencers and American professionals (re)discover Cognac.
