COGNAC ORGANISES TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONALS IN MARCH IN CHINA
The Cognac appellation is inviting Chinese professionals to its “Cognac Tasting – Discovery Tour” in 6 Chinese cities in March 2023. In each city, and for a few hours, these prescribers (bartenders, sommeliers, importers, distributors, e-traders, restaurateurs, etc.) will be invited to (re)discover the specificities, diversity and culture of Cognac, and to taste different styles of cognacs. The training sessions will be led by Cognac Educators and will also provide an opportunity to present the Chinese e-learning platform of the interprofession to professionals.
The Cognac Tasting Discovery Tour takes place on the following dates:
• 20 March: Shanghai: Event open to the trade and press (12-4pm)
• 21 March: Beijing
• 24 March: Shuzhou
• 26 March: Haikou
• 28 March: Heifei
• 30 March: Wuhan
