  • 60 ml Cognac
  • 30 ml lemon
  • 30ml Triple Sec
  • Shaker

The recipe

Champagne glass

  • Frost the rim of the glass by rubbing with a lemon wedge then dipping in sugar.
  • Put all the ingredients into the shaker.
  • Add ice cubes until the shaker is 2/3-full and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
  • Filter the cocktail twice and pour into a champagne glass.
