Ingredients
- 50 ml Cognac
- 15 ml sugar
- 5 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 spoonful absinthe
- Zest of 1 lemon
The recipe
Preparation time: 2 min
- Fill the rocks glass with ice cubes and pour the spoonful of absinthe over the top. Stir the ice cubes to freshen and flavor the glass.
- Pour the sugar, bitters, and Cognac into the mixing glass.
- Fill with ice cubes and stir with the bar spoon for around twenty seconds.
