Ingredients
- 50 ml VSOP Cognac
- 15 ml sugar
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Zest of 1 orange to garnish
The recipe
Preparation time: 2 min
- Pour the sugar, Bitters and Cognac into the mixing glass.
- Fill with ice cubes and stir with the bar spoon for around twenty seconds. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes and pour in the contents of the mixing glass.
- Garnish with orange zest.
