Ingredients

  • 50 ml VSOP Cognac
  • 15 ml sugar
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Zest of 1 orange to garnish
  • Cuillère
  • Pince
  • Verre à mélange

The recipe

Preparation time: 2 min

  • Pour the sugar, Bitters and Cognac into the mixing glass.
  • Fill with ice cubes and stir with the bar spoon for around twenty seconds. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes and pour in the contents of the mixing glass.
  • Garnish with orange zest.
