Ingredients
- 50 ml VSOP Cognac
- 20 ml red Vermouth
- 2 dashes Bitters
- Zest of 1 orange

Preparation time: 2 min
- Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir for around twenty seconds.
- Pour into a champagne glass and garnish with orange zest.
