Ingredients
- 40 ml Cognac
- 4 ginger slices
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 spiral cucumber peeling
- 60 ml artisanal lemonade

- Crush the ginger with a muddler to express its spicy aromas.
- Add the ice cubes and Cognac.
- Squeeze the lime zest over the top, add the lemonade and garnish with the cucumber peel.
