  • 40 ml Cognac
  • 4 ginger slices
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 spiral cucumber peeling
  • 60 ml artisanal lemonade
  • Pince

The recipe

Preparation time: 3 min

  • Add the 4 ginger slices to the rocks glass.
  • Crush the ginger with a muddler to express its spicy aromas.
  • Add the ice cubes and Cognac.
  • Squeeze the lime zest over the top, add the lemonade and garnish with the cucumber peel.
