BNIC's Financing
BNIC's Financing
Since January 1st 2004, the BNIC is exclusively financed by the interprofessional listings (CVO) voted by the Plenary Meeting, made mandatory by interministerial order.
Interprofessional Listings
Interprofessional listings, also known as CVOs (or mandatory voluntary quotations) are applied to the transaction volume reached by each cognac grower or company.

The basis of calculation and the rate are annually determined by the Plenary Meeting. The Plenary Meeting also determines the allocation of amounts to the actions it plans to undertake.
